CANCELLATION POLICY
At Glow by Allison, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for your consideration of our time and business policies. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients on our waiting list. – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee booked. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, it will be considered a No-Show. – No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, and may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
